Summary

Jill Silverstein, an associate with the firm, has assisted clients in a wide variety of civil litigation matters, with an emphasis in domestic relations, contract disputes, personal injury, commercial litigation, employment discrimination and trust and estate matters. Ms. Silverstein is also certified as Guardian Ad Litem and serves as a GAL in domestic litigation.

Prior to entering private practice, Ms. Silverstein served as an Assistant U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Missouri, specializing in bankruptcy and commercial litigation. Prior to her position with the U.S. Attorney’s Office, she clerked for the Honorable Robert D. Kingsland, United States Magistrate for the Eastern District of Missouri.

In addition to the practice of law, Ms. Silverstein has years of experience in operating a small business and in managing multimillion dollar projects for theme parks, museums and visitor attractions, with a focus on story development and media production. She brings this experience into all areas of her practice.

Ms. Silverstein has been a member of the Missouri Bar since 1984, and practices in state and federal courts. She is a member of the American Bar Association, St. Louis County Bar Association, Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis, United States District Court-Eastern District of Missouri, and U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit.
